Co-Curricular
CCAs are necessary to enhance the all-round development of an AJCian. Our college offers a wide selection of CCAs with 12 sports and games and 26 interest and performing groups. Participation in at least one CCA is mandatory. However, each student is to participate in one major CCA only, as over-involvement in CCAs takes time away from academic studies. A major CCA is one that is more demanding on the student's time. One may, however, take part in another minor CCA, which is less demanding. A student must seek special permission if he or she wishes to participate in any additional CCAs, provided this does not adversely affect his or her academic performance. At the end of the 2-year JC course, the student will receive a school graduation certificate (SGC) which he/she can use to apply for a course in the university. The SGC will contain students' achievements in CCAs, as well as personal qualities gained throughout their stint in AJC. Students' Achievenments CCAs
